焊接与检验杂志（S＆I）是1995年创建的技术科学期刊。该期刊的印刷版免费分发给巴西，拉丁美洲和伊比利亚半岛的图书馆。它自2002年9月起每季度定期印刷，自2007年初以来，其电子版可在以下地址获得：（http://www.abs-soldagem.org.br/s&i/）。该期刊由巴西焊接协会（ABS）赞助。自创刊以来，几位知名的焊接专业人士与《焊接与检验杂志》杂志合作，编辑委员会跨越巴西边界。在其发展过程中，该杂志收到了首席编辑的特别贡献:罗纳尔多帕拉尼奥斯，阿梅里科斯科蒂，保罗摩德纳西e亚历山大布拉克拉伦斯。自2012年1月起，主编为Ana Sofia C. M. D 'Oliveira, UFPR教授。她的工作主要集中在堆焊和物理冶金方面。焊接与检验杂志还拥有10名助理编辑和一个由裁判组成的固定编辑委员会。可以邀请短期(临时)评审人员对提交给期刊的部分论文进行评审。焊接与检验杂志是巴西焊接协会(ABS)的科学泄密渠道。出版焊接、检验等相关领域的科技发展原稿。对当前和有争议的主题的评论文章或信件也会在杂志上发表。

The Journal Soldagem & Inspe??o (S&I) js a techno-scientific journal created in 1995. Printed issues of this journal are distributed free of charge to libraries in Brazil, Latin America and the Iberian Peninsula. It has been printed regularly every quarter since September, 2002, and, since the beginning of 2007, its electronic version is available in the address: (http://www.abs-soldagem.org.br/s&i/). The journal is sponsored by the Brazilian Welding Association (ABS).Since its creation several well known professionals working in welding contributed with the Journal Soldagem & Inspe??o and its editorial board crosses the Brazilian borders. During its evolution the Journal received ta special contribution from the Editors-in-chief : Ronaldo Paranhos, Américo Scoti, Paulo Modenesi e Alexandre Bracarence. Since January 2012 the Editor-in-chief is Ana Sofia C. M. D’Oliveira, Full professor at Universidade Federal do Paraná (UFPR) . Her work focus mainly on Hardfacing and Physical Metallurgy. The jornal Soldagem & Inspe??o also counts with 10 Associate Editors and a fix Editorial board of referees. short-term (Ad Hoc) referees can be invited to evalsuate some papers submitted to the journal.The Soldagem & Inspe??o journal is the scientific divulgation channel of the Brazilian Welding Association (ABS). It aims to publish original papers related to the scientific and technological development of welding, inspection, and related fields. Review papers or letters on current and controversial subjects are also published in the Journal.
